Clarkston Soccer Academy

- Requirements: Cleats, Shin Guards, Water Bottle and a Love of the Game
- Coaches: Clarkston High School head soccer coach Ryan Newhouse, current and former college soccer players, and current Bantam soccer players
- The Academy has been designed for kids ages 5 to 12 to participate and succeed in a skill teaching setting. The Academy introduces and builds the basic fundamentals of soccer so each participant gets the opportunity to learn and improve their skills and knowledge of all aspects of soccer.
- All the skills and thrills of soccer are taught through fast-paced drills, skill-building exercises, and game-speed scrimmages. Coaches will focus on essential skills of dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control to enable young athletes to play with confidence and have fun.
- During the Academy children will be separated into similar age groups to receive training that relates specifically to them. As always there will be a strong emphasis on safety, fun and promoting a love for "The Beautiful Game."
